Is your oil tank secure on its base?

During storms, tanks can move off their base if there is not enough fuel in them to keep them steady. Trees growing in close proximity to the tank base is another culprit for slowly moving tanks out of place as you can see from the image.

Unstable tanks are at risk of leaking. Oil seeping out of the tank and destroying the grass or garden around it leads to a costly clean up operation.
