Boiler Efficiency
A freshly serviced boiler will burn the least amount of fuel possible when set and adjusted correctly. When we are called out to work on a boiler that is all sooted up, it could be working at 30% capacity. After we are finished, it will be around 90%, or even more for newer models.
It is such a shame that some people do not realise how much fuel savings can be made from a burner that is running efficiently. Check the last service date on your boiler and if it is more than a year ago, give Pat a call on 087 2364500.
