High Temperatures Forecast

With the weather forecast this week, the sun and high temperatures may cause plastic oil tanks to swell, warp or even crack.

The UV rays from the sun can weaken the plastic. The heating oil inside the tank can also expand and put increased pressure on the tank which can lead to the tank splitting and leaking.
